MAP for Nonprofits provides high-value management consulting and services, as well as board recruitment and training, to large, medium and small nonprofit organizations in the Twin Cities and beyond, helping nonprofit clients to more effectively achieve their missions.

The SEO and Social Media Intern will end her or his tenure with a better understanding of search engine optimization, professional experience writing for the web and using social media, and hands-on experience using a number of content management technologies including Drupal and YouTube.
If interested, the intern may extend his or her learning experience by participating in local networking events with the Technology Education and Outreach Coordinator and through optional readings about content strategy and a number of other role-related topics.
Additional Information and Oversight
Reports to Technology Education and Outreach Coordinator, Cary Walski. If receiving academic credit, a learning agreement will be executed between the intern, MAP for Nonprofits and the academic institution giving credit. This internship position is 5-hours a week with opportunity for it to be configured as semester long or other. Specific days and hours are negotiable.
Pay and Benefits
This position is an unpaid internship and is not eligible for payroll benefits. This internship will provide the opportunity to work in a learning organization that is a leader in promoting and providing high quality nonprofit management and leadership consulting in the Twin Cities.
